Sr. Assistant Director, International Student Career Pathways

Reporting to the Associate Director for Career Pathways, Sr. Assistant Director will champion the professional growth and success of international students by expanding access to career development resources, employer connections, and industry opportunities. They will design and implement programs that leverage the global perspectives, multilingual abilities, and cross-cultural competencies of international students, helping them build strong professional networks, explore industries, and connect with organizations that value diverse talent. This role will also serve as a key liaison to campus partners who support international students, including Rutgers Global – International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), academic departments, and international student organizations, ensuring a collaborative and holistic approach to career readiness. Additionally, the Senior Assistant Director will oversee the International Student Career Pathways Community, engaging campus partners, employers, and student representatives to expand career resources and employment opportunities for international students.
