This role leads the development, implementation, and expansion of a credit-bearing mentoring course that integrates academic learning, employer engagement, and alumni mentorship.

The Career Counseling Officer is responsible for launching and scaling the Scarlet Career Mentoring Course in partnership with the School of Management and Labor Relations, including curriculum design, instructional coordination, and mentor integration.
